INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE REGISTRATION
Please fill out the registration form on the link provided below. It is essential that everyone wishing to attend the conference on discounted prices pay the fee in advance and register.

The registration fee covers one copy of the abstract, a conference kit, attendance at all scientific sessions, breakfast, lunch, tea/coffee during sessions, opening and closing ceremonies. Proceeding will be provided on request on a discounted price.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
Abstracts must be in English and should include title, author’s names, affiliation, postal addresses and e-mail addresses. Please make your abstract as informative and representative as possible. The organizing committee may reject the abstract if it does not meet the rules as laid out. Abstracts should not be longer than 500 words (excluding titles, names etc).
The deadline for submission of abstract for oral presentation is September 30, 2017. Deadline to submit the abstract for poster presentation is October 15, 2017.

Authors will be expected to present their posters during the designated session. Posters will be displayed at the conference venue for the duration of the conference.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR POSTERS
Posters must be prepared strictly as per the guidelines and should not be more than 36 x 36 inches in size. The title should be printed in all capitals at least 30 mm high. Under the title, print in smaller letters the name of the authors, institution, city and state. Place a postcard–sized photograph of the presenting author at the right hand side of the title. Detailed guidelines for the poster presentation will be sent along with abstract acceptance letter.
PUBLICATION OF FULL PAPERS
Selected papers presented at the conference will be published in conference proceeding or as a book chapter of a special issue in the form of book. All the manuscripts will be reviewed. The manuscript should have the title of the paper, author’s names and affiliation and keywords on the first page followed by Abstract, Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussions, Acknowledgements and References. All the references should strictly follow the format given below. Detailed guidelines will be sent at the time of abstract acceptance letter.
BEST POSTERS AWARD
To encourage students and young scientist, two awards carrying cash prize of $500.00 USD each along with certificate of merit will be awarded for the best posters presented during the conference. Only the students/young scientists are eligible for the competition.
PUERTO RICAN FOOD AND SOCIAL ACTIVITIES
The Puerto Rican Cultural and Food Showcase will be held on the university premises on the evening of 15th November 2017. The participation fee for this event is $50.00 USD. The evening will start with drinks and cultural performances. This will be followed by a dinner that among other items will include special Puerto Rican delicacies prepared from locally sourced produce. Casual dress code.
